核心概念
1.以「光」與「明日」象徵科技、綠能與人性價值交會。
2.融合泛東北亞文化美學與全球視野。
3.以AI技術突破傳統MV的想像邊界。
主要目標
1.建立泛東北亞創作者與國際觀眾的文化交流橋樑。
2.鼓勵跨語言、多元文化的AI影像創作。
3.發掘並培育頂尖影音人才，串聯影視、科技與文化產業。
參賽資格
1.限居住於泛東北亞地區（台灣、日本、韓國、新加坡、馬來西亞）的創作者，不限年齡及國籍。
2.作品語言限定為中文（繁體或簡體）、韓文、日文、英文四種之一，可附多語字幕；其他語言作品將不受理。
3.最低60秒，最高4分30秒。
4.主題需呼應「明日未來世界」並融入綠能理念。
5.至少使用3項AI技術（影像生成、圖像生成、音樂製作、角色動畫、文字生成等）。
評分指標
創意與概念 30%、影像美學 10%、AI 技術整合 30%、專業性與完成度 30%
參賽辦法
9/27前完成GMI帳號註冊，以google表單報名，並附上過往作品連結以利初步審核(腥羶色，敏感議題等)，審核完成後補助30USD會直接進入您的GMI帳號。

作品上傳
1.初選審核過後，10/10前上傳作品連結至"作品上傳表單"，youtube內設為”不公開”，AI工具不限。
2. 解析度為橫式 1920 x 1080，表單內註明本次作品自己覺得最厲害的一個鏡頭以及原因，還有使用的Prompts (評審技術用，不會公開)。
